TOUR LOCATION AND INFORMATION

Maple Hill Cemetery is located one mile east of downtown Huntsville. Love Beyond the Grave tours will start and end at the intersection of Wells Ave. and England St. There is a large rock wall that runs along the south side of Wells Ave. Visitors may park for free along this wall. Enter the Cemetery at the steps in the wall at the intersection of Wells Ave. and England St. Your guide(s) will be waiting for you just outside the fenced area that encloses the Confederate Graves portion of the Cemetery. Please bring comfortable clothes and walking shoes as the tour will often be on flat and grassy, uneven areas. Tour duration should be approximately one and a half to two hours.

WHERE TO PARK?

Maple Hill Cemetery will appear in most GPS systems as 202 Maple Hill Street. This is the main entrance to the Cemetery. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR GPS OR PARK NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE!  If you are using GPS to find Maple Hill Cemetery, please input 1113 Wells Avenue.  This is the location of a marble and headstone company and NOT where tours begin. This location will get you very close to where the actual tour entrance on Well's Ave. is. Please look for the stone wall running alongside the south side of Wells Ave. Visitors may park for free along this wall. The Love Beyond the Grave tours will start and end at the steps in the wall at the intersection of Wells Ave. and England St. .
